  I have continually called guest services over an issue that happened at the Dave and busters in Columbus Ohio. Upon arriving at the Dave and busters we wanted to eat, but said there was a wait of 10-20 minutes. We said that would be fine and then bought an eat and play pass for $40. We waited over two hours to be sat. During those two hours we kept checking up front with the gal at check in, and she kept saying “it won’t be much longer.” We played some games for the time we were waiting but we didn’t use even close to all the money on the game pass I paid for. We mainly just wanted to eat because we were starving. After waiting over two hours to finally get sat down at the dinner table area, we waited another 40 minutes, with no waiter or waitress in sight. We were completely forgotten about. Nobody ever came to even get our drinks. At this point, we politely went to the young girl doing check in and said hey you know we’ve been waiting here for almost three hours now to eat, and nobody has even gotten our drinks. We then asked for a refund, because we just didn’t have any more time to waste. We were there for a total of about three hours, and we wanted to go grab fast food and head to our hotel so we could swim before the pool closed (we had literally been waiting that long) a manager came and said she issued a refund, which I never received. I have called countless times to be told a refund was issued, which it never was, and the number isn’t to the actual store it’s to foreigners overseas so I have to explain to every person I’ve talked to what has happened. Still no refund. What a waste of time and money. I am genuinely upset at this point. This store lies to people. The estimated wait times are a joke, the staff had literally no idea on what was going on. Still no refund to be seen.

  Terrible experience for my son’s birthday party! We made a reservation online over a week ahead of time for 5:30. I even received a confirmation text the day before. We arrived on time and were told some lame excuse about their app not working so they don’t have a table for us and it would be around a 50 minute wait! Another woman standing there said the same had happened to them & they were still waiting after 30 minutes. We let the kids play games while we waited. My husband called the manager & they didn’t offer to do anything for us. After 50 minutes we still hadn’t received a text. My husband had to go complain and the finally got us a table. About 30 minutes after we finally ordered our food our waitress came back out to confirm our orders? So of course then we had to wait another half hour or so before we got our food. They didn't even offer us a discount or anything for the inconvenience! If you make a reservation don’t count on it! Also overpriced!

  a fun time for sure! The workers there are the highlight. The service is top notch! It is VERY LOUD though. There's tv's everywhere ya look, flashy bright lights and kids screaming. If ya got kids, this won't bother you much. This place is pricey, but if you get a combo deal for food and games you'll get a bang for your buck! Check out the app for the best deals before you visit. I would recommend this place for a good time with buds or kids, just be careful with your wallet.

  Made a reservation for 8:45, arrived and was told itd be a wait amd itd be best if we went amd played games as we wait. 2 hours later we had to ask about how long of a wait it would still be and they apologized for not informing me that we could be seated. The waiter did not wait to ask if we wanted appetizers, just said he would be back after we could look at the menu. He didnt even ask us about a drink order. Once we placed an order for the soft pretzels and those came out we started to eat then realized that they were fried which we then asked the waiter if they were fried in a seperate fryer as they tasted slightly fishy. The waiter confirmed that everything is fried in the same fryer. We had 3 people who have allergies to shellfish and fish. 2 of the 3 ate a pretzel. We did not ask prior to ordering as the menu stated they were vegetarian (which means they shouldn't be in the same oil as meat!) Then our order came out wrong with sauce being on a burger when we asked for it on the side, no breadcrumbs on the ultimate Mac & cheese, and no silverware for eating with. Truly a horrible experience. When we mentioned to the manager this wasnt a good experience he was polite but argued that we shouldve told the staff about the allergies (yes we should have), but then told us that our only option to get the menus fixed would be to post a negative Google review. The menus need to be revised as everything that is fried there is done in oil that fries chicken, fish, potatoes, and everything else which means the pretzels, fried pickles, and other vegetables fried are contaminated in oil that cooks meat.

  Went in on Friday night - wasn't particularly busy, which was the goal. No concerns with our server (a bit harried - perhaps they were understaffed?) but there were several issues with the dining portion of our night. 1) I had to request more silverware because the first two packets I opened were still diety with clear food residue remaining. This should be noticed at the point when they're rolled. 2) Our table of 7 people had 4 checks and all of our food came out at different times despite the orders going in at the same time. We were waiting so long until everyone was served that our food got cold. Absolutely not worth it to send it back though. It took so long to come out the first time we thought we'd never see food again. 3) Wrong food orders - ordered sweet potato fries, got regular. Agian - not worth it to return to the kitchen, but quite disappointing. 4) Putting orders in took much longer than expected because it was combined with the points/token purchase. 5) Poor food quality. Cannot emphasize how "meh" the food was. Certainly not worth the prices. Will not be returning.
