When we left I noticed that they had used the “large party” table combination (people they blamed for cutting into our reservation time) and reconfigured it for small parties that came in well after we did. I would never recommend this place. Their staff is terrible at communication and shows no regard for their guests. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Not only the food wasn’t served after almost two hours, but we had to deal with a rude manager. Instead of fixing the issue, he kicked us out by calling the police. All we complained about was the long delay in bringing out the food. Ordered the food at 7:15 or so, left hungry after 9 PM… Nov 8, 25 This is not the old days Dave & Buster we used to go. Upgrading the restaurant needs upgrading the rude staff too. Will never recommend to anyone about this hell place……

We sat at the bar but kids aren't allowed to sit there so the bartender had to clean off a table for us...again not one was even occupied. Games are pricey considering they last about 30 seconds each. When it was time for her to redeem her tickets I thought the amount of tickets for the merchandise was ridiculous. Food was okay and she did have fun...but I didn't think it was worth the $90 I spent.
