    Game room is pretty good and well monitored but the restaurant suffers from a bad management issue, other than that the food wasnt bad and the bar tender with curly black hair was great. Honestly though i dont think ill be back after i saw how the manager with a shaved head treated a female employee

    Went in on Friday night - wasn't particularly busy, which was the goal. No concerns with our server (a bit harried - perhaps they were understaffed?) but there were several issues with the dining portion of our night. 1) I had to request more silverware because the first two packets I opened were still diety with clear food residue remaining. This should be noticed at the point when they're rolled. 2) Our table of 7 people had 4 checks and all of our food came out at different times despite the orders going in at the same time. We were waiting so long until everyone was served that our food got cold. Absolutely not worth it to send it back though. It took so long to come out the first time we thought we'd never see food again. 3) Wrong food orders - ordered sweet potato fries, got regular. Agian - not worth it to return to the kitchen, but quite disappointing. 4) Putting orders in took much longer than expected because it was combined with the points/token purchase. 5) Poor food quality. Cannot emphasize how "meh" the food was. Certainly not worth the prices. Will not be returning.

    This place was amazing thanks to the staff and GM! I recommend this place 100% IT CANT GO WRONG ! Because the GM and staff won’t let it! Any issues they will fix it and with a great understanding attitude. They treat you like family not just a customer and they strive to provide you with great food and a great time. It’s pleasant atmosphere and more than worth it to just meet some of the staff alone, everything else is a plus!❤️I appreciate all they have done to ensure an amazing time for me and my family (8kids and 2 adults). Most times when a big family arrives with high demands and standards,so attitudes clash, but the GM HAVING A BIG FAMILY HIMSELF UNDERSTANDS. I applaud this team, they are truly an asset to the company and customers.

    We sat for almost 2 hours, we were served our drinks and and it took forever to get our appetizer. They were out of one meal one of us wanted. So something else was ordered. An hour later they come to apologize because they are also out of that meal. So something else was ordered again. They walked right out with that meal within minutes and asked if we were ready for our check. The answer was Ummmmm no because we didn't receive our other dinners. How can you bring us a bill for food we haven't received. After saying we were going to just pay for our drinks and the 1 meal and appetizers because for 1 our waiter should have remembered not bringing us our food before asking if we wanted our bill. And the time wasted sitting and waiting for nothing was absolutely ridiculous. They then bring us a bill for $140. Ummmm no that's not going to work neither. They took the bill back and brought a new bill out. This new bill was $99 . They could have done better and I'm not even sure what we paid for. But it wasn't $99 worth of anything. They weren't even busy. Only a couple of people there.

    Very disappointing experience due to poor management and extremely delayed service during what should have been a special birthday celebration. We visited this Dave & Buster’s to celebrate our special needs son’s birthday with a reserved party of 18. Despite placing a reservation a week in advance and arriving on time, our table had been given away. The manager, Debbie, worked to rearrange tables after our group was split, and we were eventually seated nearby one another. Service issues continued throughout the visit. Orders were taken by individual families, resulting in food coming out at different times. Meals were missing or incorrect, one person never received their food, and appetizers were served after everyone had finished eating. The birthday boy’s meal arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes later, long after everyone else had eaten. We requested to speak with a manager twice. The server said she asked Debbie multiple times, but she never came to our table. Another manager, AJ, later apologized and cited short staffing. This shift was clearly poorly managed. If the kitchen was overwhelmed, seating should have been paused. We drove over an hour for this celebration, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We will not be returning or recommending this location.
