They consistently overcook everything, it’s kind of hilarious. We have gone several times over the past 9 months and had burnt buns on almost every burger, way overdone fried chicken and fries that are dark brown and dry, and dry black charred burgers. Trying to order is difficult as much of the staff doesn’t seem to speak much English. Good luck trying to order anything custom. The building and lot is also quite run down and looks sad. Depressing to see Dairy Queen like this.

Shame bc this used to be the good Diary Queen. I got a flamethrower burger and a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. The bun was stale and tough and the patties were burnt. The cheese between the patties wasnt even melted! No fresh burgers here. They are definitely cooking the burgers way beforehand and then "reheating" them. The blizzard's mixed in chocolate pieces had a weird aftertaste, and it had hardly any chocolate sauce. Huge section of unblended vanilla in the middle.

If there was an option for zero stars i would select that. The current ownership of this location is an appalling abomination of a once proud brand. Zero service acumen, worse zero common sense. Accidentally made online order for 1 hour later than I intended. Understood it was my mistake. Owner / manager flippantly told me to come back in one hour and would not make my order despite having the itemized confirmation and confirmed payment. Told me twice it was my fault not theirs in front of my twin 8 year old daughters who just wanted ice cream. Not splitting the atom here, just make the blizzards. Yes my mistake on time. Unfathomable to me that they refused to make the order for one hour with my confirmation in hand. I'm sure Warren Buffet would be proud.
