There were only three people ahead of me in line, yet it took 10–15 minutes just to begin my order. During my wait, the employees used inappropriate language repeatedly, and one worker left for the back in the middle of preparing my food. As someone with several years in customer service, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I hope management will take steps to improve both efficiency and work culture. The standards for customer service and representing both individuals and businesses should be much higher than what I experienced tonight.

Very embarrassing to have to see that in front of me. Personally I am never coming back to this location again and hope that manager gets either transferred or reprimanded. A very clear representation on how employees get treated in chipotles that I have seen youtube videos about with food servings and managers constantly micro-managing their workers. I asked for the manager's name 15 minutes after I sat down and ate and they told me it was Alexis. Very Frustrating...

I’ve gone in multiple times where they are out of basic staples like chicken, cheese, lettuce, beans or burritos. It’s always something. The staff are slow and constantly changing. There’s just an overall lack of professionalism and quality. If Chipotle wasn’t a massive corporation, this location would be closed due to lack of customers.
