  Worse chipotle I've ever been in my whole life. 8pm pickup with about 8 workers and only 1 guy at the line serving the entire place. Ordered my food on the chipotle app for pickup inside. Got there on time and no food at the pickup counter. Took this team that was too busy buying their own food with what i assume was the lady supervisor on duty and BLASTING rap music in the back that everyone could hear it. Should've know that by the time I got home which was another 7min. The food was cold. They got my order wrong (ticket on the bag had my correct order). And I was missing part of my order. And what I assume was the women supervisor that had her fingers inside my cup with no gloves on before handing my order to me, I threw that cup away. Everyone here with the exception of the young guy that was serving everybody else needs to be FIRED.

  First time visiting this Chipotle location, 2/6 evening time, and I was pleasantly surprised with the amicable environment! The workers at line were very friendly and nice, it’s very lovely and refreshing to see “Gen Z” working instead of using their TikTok!

  Food tastes great, customer service is awful. They portion awfully, when asked to give more the girl met me with a stupid amount of annoyance. I ordered pickup as well the other day and the portions were slim to nothing along with them giving me steak instead of the chicken i ordered. Will not be coming back to this location!

  An African girl at Chipotle is so upset about trump and ice, she made a disturbing comment to an American because of being black. I was visiting Hilliard chipotle at 10:00pm 1/29/26. The African manager started an embarrassing argument with the black woman and told her to leave and threw the food in the trash simply because the woman said, “I didn’t ask for no damn double meat”. The African lady said you’re not getting your food. You and your president can’t say what you want. The lady was just trying to pay for the food. It was sad to watch the manager treat her that way. The customer DID NOT curse at her, she simply said curse word while she was talking. I didn’t want the African lady to lie on her. The lady asked another lady for a manager and the African lady said you’re not helping her, go back to work. She was so mean to the workers. There is a lot more to what happened. The customer took a photo of her and the manager took a photo and said you will never get another bowl here. One year ago I had a problem with an African lady at the same location. I called and asked for a manager and I also emailed but no one called me back back

  THANK YOU ROWALDO AND CREW! This young man went way above and beyond this evening. He would be a great choice for a manager. I had somewhat of a weird order tonight, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. I apologized for it being a little unconventional, and he said "No problem, we want to make it easier on you." For that reason alone, I will continue to go to this location. I am here pretty frequently and I have always had good experiences. I have always been greeted with a smile, and the staff has always been pleasant to deal with. My wife and I have been coming to this location for quite a while now. There have been times that they were taking a little longer than normal or maybe the order was mixed up (usually because they are extremely busy). No big deal, it happens. They have always made it right. Thank you for great service and food!
