The employees here always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help. We have dined in and ordered take out and we have yet to have a bad experience. The atmosphere is also incredible as everybody always seems to be having a good time and they've got plenty of entertainment if you don't want to entertain a conversation. I would definitely recommend this place as the location is primo due to the amount of activities around it. We will definitely keep going!

How a server can manage to mess up the order twice in a row is truly beyond me. Also, tea refills aren't free. I learnt that the hard way. Shame on this place.

I recently had a fantastic experience dining there, and a large part of it was thanks to the incredible service provided by Braulio. Beyond his friendly attitude, his service was quick and remarkably efficient. He was clearly attentive, anticipating our needs without hovering. Our food and drink orders were taken promptly, and everything arrived at our table much faster than expected, despite the restaurant being very busy for the restaurant's third anniversary celebration. What truly stood out was how helpful he was. We had a couple of questions about customizing an order, and Braulio offered clear, easy-to-understand suggestions that made our meal even better. He was patient and clearly knowledgeable about the menu, making him truly great to work with. And the food was AMAZING. Definitely try the birría! If you visit Casa Jalisco, make sure you ask for Braulio. He is the definition of a five-star server and elevates the entire dining experience.
