On November the 18th 2025 near 3:00 p.m. I entered this restaurant where it was completely empty with absolutely no guest. I stood at the counter for 1 minute then 2 minutes 3 minutes 4 minutes 5 minutes 6 minutes 7 minutes 8 minutes 9 minutes 10 minutes. Not one person decided to help me. I had seen young white female leave the dining area to go into the kitchen then I seen a manager leave and go to somewhere in the back then an employee had just come to work and went straight to the back and didn't even tell anybody that I was out there standing. The first white female that I had seen that went to the back decided to play in her hair while she was in the kitchen then tied it up and did not wash her hands but decided to grab the ice scooper to put into a bucket. Don't know if she looked my way but she did when she first went to the back to the kitchen, but anyways she did not even come out to help me so I decided to call the establishment. I let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and by this time at least one minute has passed and no one picked up the phone while I'm still standing at the counter. I continue to let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring while still at the counter and all employees refused to pick up the phone. After several minutes of having a phone ring the manager was in the dining area vacuuming then decided to come up front to the counter and instead of helping me she was looking for the phone. Before she picked it up she looked and seen that I was on my cell phone and asked is that you calling, and I said yes. Lets just say the manager end up being very helpful to me and apologize. One thing that rub me the wrong way is when the manager went back in the kitchen she told her whole staff about what happened and she sent that same young lady that I seen in the kitchen playing in her hair to come out and ask me a question. I asked the young lady did she just scoop ice out of the ice maker and put into the bucket and she said yes. I Told her that she should have washed her hands and I didn't want her to touch my food and that is very disgusting for somebody to play in their hair and then decided to work in the kitchen in a restaurant and scoop ice. She told me SHE DOES THAT ALL THE TIME AND SHE BEEN WORKING THERE FOR A LONG TIME AND NO ONE EVER TOLD US TO WASH OUR HANDS WHEN WE DO THAT WITH OUR HAIR. I asked her if I went to the restroom and played in my hair and blew my nose why would I go into the kitchen and start scooping ice I think it's common sense to wash your hands specially when you work in a kitchen. She replied, I'M A SERVER. So she decided to go back and thought it was funny and talk to one of her co-workers in the kitchen even when she seen me looking and decided to make a joke about it laughing and looking towards me as if she was giving me a little clue saying yes I'm talking about you.

The only thing keeping this place in business is the awesome bar tender who does the UFC events that's back. I've done online pick-ups the past three or four times and it was absolutely horrible. Like corporate needs to know how horrible it is, but at the same time they also need to know about the bartender who deserves a raise or management position. Really good person and someone who deserves the best this company has to give. He makes every patron feel like a friend

11/16 edit: regarding this review I was contacted and given a food credit and told that this stores policy if the wings are tiny would be to compensate with extra wings. Specifically regarding the shrinkflation of their boneless wings is altogether insulting. Small wings are inevitable but tossing another in to balance out the portions should be expected. This location however seems to pride themselves in the lack of protein provided. Don’t believe me, see the literal quarter sized nuggets of “wings” we received this evening.

I have been visiting this location several times a week for many years and it remains a favorite! They have leveled up recently with a remodel and the new mgmt is great as well! I was literally starving today and stopped for lunch. It was perfect, fast, and everyone was so friendly. Thanks to Hilliard BW for continuing to be a great option for all sports, food, drinks, and fun!
