  Went there for date night. The wings were good and the black bean burger was good as well. Atmosphere was nice and calm and really enjoyed ourselves.

  Wasn't going to do this but I have to be honest even though I love buffalo wild wings this particular one is horrible the chicken was super old sanitation in the kitchen was trash and the general attitudes of the staff was trash it was so terrible not even the kids wanted there food a absolute waste of over 200 bucks and will never go back gets the 10 thumbs 👎🏾 award

  So approximately 4:30 this afternoon we arrived at Buffalo wild wings excited to try to cauliflower wings ,we stood at the door for approximately 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged Us by this time I got my own menus and was looking around for somebody to see us there was only one table in the building at the time so they weren't busy. Once we were seated it took another 20 minutes to get our drinks only one drink came at that time few minutes later about another 10 minutes I walked back by the bar and asked to get my other drink. The server didn't appear to be very confident or very knowledgeable she always had to go and ask the manager or something and the manager was beyond a terrible manager. Show me brought to his attention that we stood there for a very long time and that it took 30 minutes to get a drink and another 30 minutes to get our food he said he would address it with the our server in which he did not. I said you don't even have very many people in here at this time they are now two tables including mine in the whole place. He claimed they were short-staffed and I said well I'm the customer your staffing issue is not my issue he followed up with yeah but it happens You could obviously tell that our meals have been sitting under the hot lamp , we'd also inquired about the garlic parmesan wings for the cauliflower it was not supposed to be the spicy one it should have been less spicy his response to that was yeah there's red pepper flakes in it and be lucky that you got to choose to sauces we're not supposed to. The whole menu is misleading they do not know how to answer any questions they do not know how to treat their customers don't even try to talk to the manager because he is a despicable person and he can't be nice to anybody he can't even address the concerns of a customer properly. He didn't even look at her bill he didn't even suggest can I get you anything else he was just not a nice person. So we waited for some time to get our bill and then I asked him for the number to Buffalo wild wings corporate his response to me was he will not give me the number to his boss or his boss's boss or the corporate but I can look it up online. I should have looked at the reviews before I went there there are several of the same concerns with the one-star rating so this has been going on a while. Allegedly it's a franchise and the owner has more I often wonder sometimes if this isn't the store that was designed to lose money because he had so many I don't know but they weren't busy and their staff was terrible. I'm pretty sure that McDonald's has better customer service and better management than this place

  My order was wrong order 20 wings and wedges and got 15 wings they need to start checking order and making sure they are correct only reason I didn’t say anything is because I live far away and I got home and was hoping my order was correct

  Not sure whats going on with this location, but it used to be extremely busy but now its dead inside and out! Today, the food was great! But I had to show the bar tender the difference between the first shot (thin shot glass) and the second shot (fat shot glass).... i poured the filled fat shot glass into the empty skinny shot glass and she saw that it was half full...the second fat shot glass was also poured into the skinny glass to make a full shot....she seemed surprised but im sure she knew better. Times are hard but come on...its just a shot and playing with people's hard earned money is wrong. Get right Bdubs!! Please do better and maybe this location will start to come back to life!
