  Up until this week, the service here had been fantastic. Now they’ve hired a new set of little girls that are more interested in chatting with each other, than assisting with the customers in the line. It’s a little aggravating, and it feels like one of the gals on the line is doing all the work. And because they “share tips”, you can’t just tip the one that’s working. I hope they get it together soon like they once were a couple months ago.

  I’ve had more incorrect drinks made here than they’ve been right. Today I finally spoke up and asked them to remake my drink because I knew instantly that it wasn’t made right because of how light it was. I ordered my drink with an extra shot and oat milk. Instead of remaking it they just gave me a shot in a separate cup. This drink was clearly make with half and half. The person who I spoke to was clearly not happy when I asked for it to be remade. Baristas need to be mindful when making drinks especially if there’s an alternative milk because of allergies and also, not everyone wants to drink half and half.

  I usually enjoy 7 Brew, but this visit was disappointing. We ordered a Blondie at ¼ sweet, but it tasted like milk with almost no coffee flavor. We went back and asked to switch it to an Americano instead. Unfortunately, they brought us the same drink and simply added more syrup rather than remaking it correctly. The interaction felt rushed, and the staff didn’t really listen to what we were asking for. The overall customer service felt confusing and unorganized, which was disappointing, especially since we brought a family member from out of state to try it for the first time.

  Jasmine was the most iconic sweetest girl of all time we were having a rough day cause you know our men weren’t answering us and then last night they were driving 140 on the highway you know doing a legal things and they’ve not been answering us, especially my friend they’ve not answered her for a whole 24 hours so we came to seven brew for like a little pick me up and Jasmine really helped us out and she made our day so much better and I can’t thank Jasmine enough she kept us from doing stupid things. Love you, Jasmine.

  Learning that the workers at my local 7 Brew only make $10-$11 an hour, and also realizing that it’s franchise-owned, really highlights that the owner has control over their pay. Considering the cold conditions and the manual labor involved, which definitely qualifies as blue-collar work, it’s disappointing that they aren’t compensated more fairly. I hope the franchise owner will reconsider and pay them what they truly deserve. Love this 7 Brew, the location, and the workers, which is why this isnt just a 1 star. The -2 stars is to direct accountability towards the franchise owner(s). Average hourly pay in Ohio for Starbucks employees in Ohio is about $14-$15, and thats without having to do as much manual labor. Do better!
