  Went in for lunch on Sunday at 11:27 and they were out of steak. I was told they had no idea when the steak would be ready and asked if i could settle with chicken. Why would they not be prepared for lunch rush and have steak on deck? On top of this they skimped on all the protein and toppings. Not returning to this location.

  I understand that in 2026 Chipotle is going downhill quickly as a company, but this location is exceptionally terrible. If you go in here at any time of the day, there's a 90% chance that they're out of something basic - rice, beans, chicken, etc. You can count on it. If you go in here after 8:30 PM, there's a 100% chance that multiple items are out of stock and they will not be replenishing; the doors are unlocked, but they're effectively closed. And no - you will not get a discount, you will not get an apology, and no one working there cares. Literally go to Taco Bell; they are run better than this absolute trash restaurant. It's clear to me that the management of this location is beyond inept at their jobs and doesn't care to do any better. Save your money, save your time, and go anywhere else.

  One of my favorite things about Chipotle is the comparatively healthy food served my way. However, some locations have inconsistent service and are not kept up well. Mill Run seems to be better managed. The servers were actually friendly and they weren’t running out of items.

  went to try the new cilantro lime sauce and they told me i couldn’t get it because they didn’t want to make it today😐 what’s the point of advertising a new sauce and not have it because you’re being lazy?
