  I order and salad got food poisoning and currently throwing up my dinner. I ordered a Market Salad( never gonna order it ever again.) I was half way through eating it when I found rotting veggies all at the bottom of the salad bowl and some pieces of my chicken were raw. I am not pleased by the service and the lack of attention from the staff showed today if you don't care for your customers then I will not care to do business with you all.

  Great experience! I ordered takeout and the food was ready quickly. The chicken burger was very delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The quality is clear and the service was fast and well organized. Prices are reasonable for the taste and quality.   I absolutely love Chick-fil-A when picking up food via the drive thru. My husband and I switched it up tonight and dined in the restaurant to have some nice family time with our toddler. Our experience was less than ideal to say the least. We didn't have to wait long for someone to bring us our meals, but we were missing items. When I went to the counter, it took almost 5 minutes to get anyone's attention and then another 5 to receive our missing items. They had 10 people working the drive thru, but no one to pay any attention to the guests dining in. The trash was overflowing and forget about asking for refills on beverages. Definitely will skip this location for dining in in the future. Food was good as always.

  I have put off this review because I didn't want to do it. This is my go-to Chick-Fil-A. I always get the same thing. Lately, it hasn't been as good. I continue to receive extra-greasy hashbrowns and minis with half-baked bread. I am so disappointed. I would happily wait a few minutes or make a second trip around the building for food that is fully cooked and edible. Please do better!!!

  Tonight I placed a mobile order, nothing crazy. Go to pick it up, mind you it’s a 25 minute drive, and was told they didn’t have the Mac and cheese it’d be about 30 mins, so they refunded that. However we get home to find half of our food is missing. Call back to express we’d like our money back only to be told they can’t do that, we have to drive 25 minutes back across town to get a refund and also they close at 10pm it was 9:20 at the time of the call. So all in all it was less than pleasurable dealing with this specific location of Chik-fil-a. You had roughly 30 minutes to prepare the order, a screen to tell you what goes in the bag and still got it wrong. Not sure how $15.00 an hour is justified when people who have certifications and degrees still make less than a fast food worker who can’t ever get food correct.
