  I get Bibibop all the time, probably 2-3 times per week. Every store I visit allows me to get white rice and purple rice and then a small amount of the noodles as a “hot topping.” I do this all the time at multiple different locations and it is never a problem. I tried out this location today and they told me that’s not allowed. They did it this time but insisted that they would not do it again for me. I get that there are technical rules, but also customer satisfaction matters. They seem to care more at this location about profits than customer satisfaction. Might be the best move to just go to a different store.

  Sue, the Manager and the staff at Bibibop- Hilliard are an incredible asset to your organization! The food is always hot and fresh, the store is always clean and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Thank you its always a joy to visit this location 😊

  Shrinkflation has hit Bibibop, the chicken quality is substantially poorer, daikon is long gone... Why do I even eat here anymore? This used to be something I ate multiple days a week, and now I just feel cheated.

  The attendants are disrespectful to the delivery men sometimes the order is at the cashier and they make you go to the drive-thru to pick up the order
