  Server and order clerk were both very pleasant and quick, but this weird no-menu, person with a tablet taking our order is one of the worst experiences when it comes to getting coffee. I don’t want to get on my phone to look at a menu. Just put one up. Sadly this chickfila style doesn’t work and the “coffee” (way too sweet) isn’t worth the extra steps and the awkwardness of ordering.

  I am actually bummed out. I recently looked at my rewards and it looks like a free drink was redeemed. No one told me about my reward and still made me pay for my drink and also charged my free drink without me knowing. Not cool.

  Usually I love 7 brew, the staff is very nice and is always very accommodating. However today, I was in the line, and it was a Saturday so it’s relatively long (which is never an issue) and I got to the front part where the lane splits into two, and some car came by and cut the entire line almost hitting my car and did not get out. I expressed the concern of this line cutter to the person who took my order and she said I would have to deal with it and there was nothing she could do. I am very disappointed with this experience and the fact that 7 brew will take orders from a person who cuts a long line is unexceptable. I hope they handle this kind of issue better in the future.

  Great tasting energy drinks! The only thing is ¾of the cup is ice. One time I asked for no ice and it's an extra charge to do that. It's already expensive, so when the majority of you money goes towards ice it gets annoying
