Went to this location like an hour ago & when I walk in , they’re all bent over , laying on the counters they’re supposed to serve us on. Too busy trying to have a conversation with one another that they weren’t even listening to what I wanted on my bowl. The manager with the red wig and missing teeth was beyond rude & I didn’t appreciate it whatsoever. Charged me for vinaigrette & I know that’s not right. They have to be pocketing the money at this point. However , I’ll never be back. I’m not too sure on how any of these chipotles are still in business.

Need to clean house there and hire new everyone and everything. Seriously problems every-time.

I walked in second in line and it took 5m before they spoke to the lady in front of me. They DID however yell past her face to the girl on break. They didn't have half the options, no ice in the ice machine.. it was rough. What I did get wasn't bad.

Eventually I was asked “What can I get started for you?” and I said “It’s going to three bowls and a quesadilla. Are there adult quesadillas?” The employee responded “Yeah but you have to order those online” and walked away. I still wanted to order, but there I stood while everyone ignored me. I walked out and went to the Eastgate location. They were online only but when I walked in the staff greeted me and was very friendly.
