8 pm on a Saturday night. Walked in for a burrito and was told only online ordering. Just stupid. I got cash. I got card. What’s stopping them from taking your order cause it’s definitely not the system being down if they’re taking the online orders still. I told my fiance no this one used to suck I don’t want to go. He said come on let’s try it. Yup. Never trying this location again.

We placed an online order that Chipotle marked “ready” for 6:00 PM. When my husband arrived at 6:00, nothing had been prepared. He stood at the pickup counter for 20 minutes while the employee took and fulfilled orders that came in after ours. When he spoke up to point out that he had been waiting, he was ignored and the staffer proceeded to help yet another person who arrived after him. We couldn’t keep waiting with no ETA, so we had to leave without the food we prepaid for.
The experience with corporate made this worse. After reaching out (Case CAR17553220), the responses were:
First: a coupon for free chips and guac (30-day expiry)
Then: an offer for one free entrée as an alternative resolution
Finally: a refusal to refund the actual order because, “Our system does not permit a refund for this order unless it is delayed by more than one hour.”
So Chipotle’s policy appears to be: they can say your order is “ready,” make you wait up to 59 minutes after your pickup time, and if you leave because your food still isn’t started, no refund. After spending over two hours between waiting at the store and dealing with the unhelpful support bot and email back-and-forth, we had to pursue a chargeback to get our money back.
My advice to future patrons: Pick a different Chipotle location, or, better yet, go to Moe's or Condado Tacos instead.

The lobby looks horrible. My food was not seasoned and the staff was unfriendly and seemed irritated to be there. It was my favorite location but now it does not even meet the basic standards of cleanliness or customer service. I only gave it 2 stars because I wasn’t not charged for my unseasoned 2nd scoop of chicken.
