  Ordered a Big Mac with no pickles. No one else in drive through, sandwich wasn't very hot. The famous "mystery meat" was almost as thin as the bag and rather tasteless. $5.49 for probably $0.60 worth of sandwich is a huge ripoff!!!

  The employees at this establishment are very rude and disrespectful. They mess up orders every single time you pull through the drive through and then get pissed or annoyed when you bring it back and expect for it to be made right. This is just the beginning issues. Poor workmanship nasty attitudes and less than acceptable work ethics are all I see at this customer service establishment. Went through and ordered my food last night and less than 1 hour later was vomiting profusely with major abdominal cramps a splitting headache and the inability to keep any fluids down. This carried through until 4am when I could not take it anymore and went to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. I went up there early this morning to request to speak to management about the issue. First thing I got when asking for a manager after explaining the reasoning of being there I got a nasty sigh from one of the girls that’s typically on window who has shorter hair and works in the morning. Once the manager came out I explained what the issue was. I then asked for her name so I could report this to corporate and the local health department due to the situation and I was refused to be given the managers name by the manager she was extremely rude and didn’t want to accept that it was their food that caused this! I was upset after dealing with this for 7 hours that all I wanted was a refund and for it to be looked into to prevent other people from getting ill. She was extremely rude during the whole interaction and said quote “we have a lot going on this morning” to which I replied I’ve had a lot going on since last night when I ate your food and got nothing but a silent treatment when I asked for a store number so it could be properly reported to someone that would take it more serious. These employees get super pissed when you make them do there job the right way after paying money for food and getting the wrong order or improperly made food every single time an order is placed to the point where they have all memorized my name there because I’m probably the only person that makes them correct their mess ups and not just sit back and let them throw food out the window as quick as they can with no repercussions of making the order improperly. Who knows what they did to my food but what I do know is that I was diagnosed with food poisoning after eating here and got complete disrespect and attitude from everyone that I spoke with concerning the issue. I also stood at the front counter for 10 minutes while I was walked past numerous times without even a simple good morning or what can we do for you because this place acts like your obligated to order food off of their kiosk rather than dealing with a human when the kiosk doesn’t give the options you need to ask for your food the way you like it. I’m tired of this happening every time I visit this establishment they really need to reevaluate who they have as employees and make changes. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!

  I mean its McDonald's, they ain't grilling up new rocket boosters! What I got, was as good McDonald's gets, pretty decent actually. Fries were great, burger was great.n

  Constantly forgetting items in orders. Its almost like they do it on purpose at this point. I mean, how hard is it to read a screen and make sure the order matches? Apparently too hard for these guys.
