  Everything about this place is a joke 1 happy meal and a 6 piece nugget they couldn't get it right cold fries 2 cb no nuggets this is the worst McDonalds ever been there a couple times this is my last time

  Decided to swing through the drive through and grab myself a fish sandwich with a side of extra tartar sauce this evening, after getting my food in the drive through the extra tarter sauce was not in the bag, so I parked, went back inside, and went to get my tarter sauce when a younger male individual greeted me at the counter. I had explained that I was missing my extra sauce and that I didn’t get it when I asked for it The young man insisted that I needed to pay the 60 cents to get a cup of tarter sauce. I told him that was silly since I had just asked for it in the drive through. I asked for a manager to where the 16 year old kid said “right here” talking about himself. Me, dumb founded that a 16 year old kid could be a manager left outside to get my wallet, and came back in and payed for the 60 cent cup of tartar sauce. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have received from a mcdonald’s let alone any fast food restaurant in my entire life. This individual should be retrained on customer service, and removed from any sort of management position. Will not be returning to this mcdonald’s any time soon.

  This location has 2 kiosks to order from and I was the only person I saw use one while everyone else ordered the original way at the front counter. My order was ready pretty quickly and there were plenty of seating options inside. I'm still trying to eat the rest of my free McDonald's Monopoly items so I ordered a couple of those and enjoyed. The restaurant was pretty clean and I had no issues to speak of. This restaurant is located right next to downtown Hicksville so it's in a neat little spot.

  They lost my order. Cleared it before giving it to me. Had to remake it. I was wait for my food for over 30 minutes in the lobby. Monopoly game piece was not on large cups. Not the first bad experience with this location I've had.
