- BFBailey Fields1 day ago1.0me and my boyfriend came here around 10pm the other night, pulled up to the window she asked if i was using the mobile app i said no (it wasn’t a bot) it was then silent and i said hello multiple times before getting a response and then she would go silent again. we ordered our food finally and get to the window, we wait for 20 minutes then we only get 2/3rd of our order, she then tells us to pull up to wait 10 minutes for an apple pie. 30 minutes later she brings it out also forgetting my carmel frappe, we remind her and she slams doors and walks away all irritated. the food was the worst tasting mcdonald’s food we’ve ever had, it was SO dry and burnt tasting. worst experience EVER i will not be returning to this mcdonald’s, worst one in the country. 😡
- HPHaley PhippsDec 26, 20251.0awful service , no communication. made us wait for multiple min in the drive thru after ordering breakfast online. get to the window to be asked to pull up. fine. we were handed 1/3 of our order and upon asking for the rest i was told the rest of our foods in the trash by the extremely disrespectful female “manager” - no name tag but she has light brown hair twisted into a nasty bun if that helps give a visual! raised her voice at me barking responses passing blame to other people instead of answering my questions and having a real solution to the issue 💕 not a bad review giver typically but the disrespect was unreal. we got a refund for 2 out of 3 peoples meals and 0 other compensation for the insane experience. she needs to step down if she truly is a manager.

Love the biscuits and gravy, only complaint never enough gravy. Do Not make the mistake asking to purchase an extra cup, you get even less on your biscuits. It not just this location it's all McDonald's in Knox county.

Waited another 25 minutes to get our food and it was cold. Other people were so disgusted with this place they were requesting refunds. Will never visit this McDonald's again! They deserve a 0!
