This is the first time we’ve had an issue, but when I called to inquire about our order and the service was incredibly rude from the get go. I am not one to ever make reviews or complaints but I was shocked by the service we received, especially when we are regulars, as the manager even pointed out on the call. I will not be ordering here again.
- LGLogan GMar 14, 20261.0Waited for 30 minutes for one pizza that i ordered ahead of time, the manager was completely careless allowing his employees to not wear gloves while preparing orders as well as throwing the pizza dough up to the ceiling and at one point touching the ceiling. I have never written a review for a restaurant but this is awful. when i tried to tell the manager he directly said he didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. do not buy from this papa john’s!

Why give the option for well done if it's not cooked that way. All the toppings were under the cheese. It made the pizza soggy and there was a TON of cheese on it. Just disappointed I paid almost $50 with a tip and the order was not right.
