I received an under-filled small fry that had to have been taken from the bottom of the waste bin as they were soggy with oil & colder than room temp, nuggets were also dead, and my burgers were room temp. I’m not joking when I say the freshest thing out of my whole nearly $10 order was my Sprite. Also I’ll add that I ate this immediately, didn’t wait till I got home.

Started at the order screen with attitude because she couldn’t hear me, got to the window and was greeted with a dirty look and no words. I was overly nice saying good morning. After receiving our food my wife found an animal hair of some kind on her sandwich. Manager gave us our money back and we returned our order.

The dining room is locked well before 10pm which is the posted time on the door and website. 3 weeks in a row that your system is down. Way too busy of a location for avoidable issues like this to be happening CONSTANTLY. So glad that I waited in a long line for 7-10 minutes for nothing but a short and rude attitude from your order taker. Nice! I’ll delete this review when the problem gets fixed, I’m not holding my breath though.
