- BCBrendan CDec 29, 20254.0The food quality is always fairly good and consistent at this donatos location. I typically order extra sauce cups and they are never with my order. I always have to ask and I'm told they should be. I have to open the box myself and tell them no, they're not here again. This can be very tiresome. Somebody needs to be checking the orders for things like extra sauces. After all, they're a dollar each, they're not free.

Dessert cinnamon bread was burnt and crusty. We normally have good food from this location, but will go somewhere else next time. I took pictures of everything but sub.

I ordered a hot honey pizza with mushrooms on half and banana peppers on the whole pizza get home to find out they didn't put any of the hot honey on it. So I called in and spoke to a manager or someone higher up they said it was attached to my number/account so I was confused and called back in today because I needed to just make sure and then the supervisor on the phone was being rude and yelling telling me it's in the system it'll be free doesn't let me finish then finally lets me ask if it's just his store or on my account and he says his store so every time he interrupted me being loud and just telling me its free its taken care of instead of letting me speak.
