Also they are charging for the guacamole on the Carne asada bowl and not telling you. The picture makes it appear that it comes on the bowl for $12.10 but they charge you $2.75 ontop of it. False advertising is what it is. Very displeased with the quantity of meat they put on the bowls these days as the prices went up, the amount of food went down. I know this happens but it was so long I was struggling to pull up my bite on my fork and couldn’t figure out why until I shined a light on my food and the hair was wrapped in my food on my fork… YUCK😭 how do we get reimbursed for the bowl? Employees should have their hair up to prevent this from happening you ARE working with food! unfortunately we live all the way in Buckeye lake or we would have brought the food back. So disappointing.
