  great coffee but service is slow , they do one car at a time versus the 21st location does the whole line . Music is a little loud . Go to the 21st street location

  Always have a great experience when I'm here. The parking lot definitely needs the pot holes fixed but that's not against them.

  When the Heath location first opened, the service was 5-star. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill fast. About 8/10 of the teenagers working there act like they hate their jobs and customer service clearly isn’t a priority anymore. I come here every single day, and 6 out of 10 times my drink is wrong. I constantly have to go back through the drive-thru to get it fixed, and they make it feel like correcting their mistake is a burden. What’s most frustrating is that I’ve repeatedly stressed that I cannot have excess caffeine, yet they still give me a Fizz Energy instead of a basic Fizz. That’s not just inconvenient. It’s unacceptable. Very disappointing compared to how great this location used to be.

  This location is just awful! Everytime I go it seems like the workers don’t really know what’s going on. I watched workers take orders from cars that had just pulled up vs. cars that have already been waiting. I even had a girl come up and laugh saying she couldn’t decide what car to go to? The other 7brew very much so understands the order of what car to start with when taking orders. I had SEVEN cars in line and waited over 10 minutes last week and I was there before every single one of them. This girl chatted up this car the entire time. Not once going to check to see if the drinks were done. No one saying hey come get the drinks… nothing! lol It was pretty bad. I’ll be driving back to the one on 21st now because they’ve got it together. I’ve got NO Idea what these other reviews are talking about because I go every single Tuesday and I’ve never had a fast super friendly experience.

  Extremely slow service. I have given this location 4 tries and not once have I had a good experience. Besides the slow service every time they always mess up my order especially my kids hot chocolate which how do you mess up hot chocolate even though I ask for it to be kid temperature they always bring it out screaming hot and they never ring in the right size and last Saturday was what did it for me it was the worst service the girl who took my order didn’t act happy to be there and didn’t say hi how are you or anything and once again the drinks were messed up and she then seemed upset because she had to go back and have it fixed. I will say I have never had this issue with the Newark location and I’d rather go a few more miles to go there than to wait at the Heath one and have horrible service
