  Ordered my pizza and said it would be delivered at 8:28. My pizza was picked up at 8:20 didn’t receive it till 8:43 and it was cold. Ordered my food through the donatos app and door dash picked up my pizza.

  The food quality is always fairly good and consistent at this donatos location. I typically order extra sauce cups and they are never with my order. I always have to ask and I'm told they should be. I have to open the box myself and tell them no, they're not here again. This can be very tiresome. Somebody needs to be checking the orders for things like extra sauces. After all, they're a dollar each, they're not free.

  I have been a customer for 30+ years. I attempted to order a pizza by phone but after 30 minutes of trying to work with your system I gave up. Never again

  Very disappointed with our order tonight. Big Don sub was very thin , with few fillings, and dried out. Calzones was awful. Burnt crust and very dried out. Dessert cinnamon bread was burnt and crusty. We normally have good food from this location, but will go somewhere else next time. I took pictures of everything but sub.
