  Food was great, waitress Haley was kind. The only thing slightly frustrating was long wait but we understand it gets busy especially with a large number of guests in one party. I wanted to say a the atmosphere was great except some other customers, it looked like a baseball team were screaming and causing a ruckus in the dining room and cursing at the staff? They shouldn’t be allowed to disturb others around them with their children running amuck getting into peoples way and making a mess. It’s supposed to be a family friendly environment?!? I understand there is only so much management could do but they should have Been told to LEAVE in my opinion. We were only there for so long a couple hours maybe because we were watching the guardians! My kids should have been able to play the games without them being blocked by the baseball kids throwing drinks everywhere and pushing each other around. They shouldn’t have to listen to drunk parents cussing people out over food. I’m not sure what was going on but there needs to be a better handle on parties like this.

  We actually called an HOUR ahead of time after our baseball tournament and let them know of how many people were gonna be in our party. We got sat right away, which was good, but then ALL of us had to wait at least an hour for drinks an hour for our appetizers an hour for napkins an hr to even order & I myself had to get constant refills for the kids on our team and then another hour to get our meals Nothing was consistent almost everything was WRONG or cold. No one came to check on us. No one asked us how we were doing one server for a party of 30. Nothing was consistent. Nothing was right and all we waited legitimately 4 hours for everything that we had ordered! (No exaggeration!) THEN managers had the audacity to tell us that we were being ridiculous, disrespectful, and that if we didn’t change our tones, they were going to call the cops on us. Everyone was incredibly dissatisfied incredibly upset tired exhausted pretty much over everything! luckily all of us got our meal for free, (which tbh they lost out on probably over $500 cuz they wanted rid screw everything up BAD) but that is not the point! Whyy was our dinner experience so aggravating for absolutely NO REASON?! most definitely THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE !! Highly highly DO NOT recommend coming here ever again!! PLEASE Save your money Save your time & go to ROOSTERS instead ! Least your food & service will be sufficient & consistent there!!

  I stopped in the store and had to wait 20 minutes for my meal. That wasn't a problem I just went shopping. When I came back I picked up my meal and drove 20 minutes home. Only to find that the meal wasn't mine. Drive 20 minutes back. All they can do is make me a new meal. And give me some coupons that don't work outside of this area. I'm from out of state. They can't put the money back on my card. I would not deal with these people.

  I went to pick up my order when I got home the drinks that came with the Pick 6 was not included as well as the dipping sauce for the order of dippers. I tried calling 3 times to make management aware, but the phone would ring 6 times the a recording came on and disconnected. BWs is off my list of restaurants to order from or visit. This has happened before, and I figured that I would give them 1 more chance. Strike three.

  Placed a delivery order and originally wasn't upset with the store at all as most of my problems were with my assigned driver, however once delivered, we had incorrect items that were also cold as our driver neglected to pick up our order for 30+ minutes. I tried calling the store no less than 15 times over the next 30 minutes and continuously was not answered. This was after I called door dash to report the driver (who admitted he ignored our food to do instacart instead) and they told me to call the store in order for them to escalate to door dash for anything to happen at all. How am I expected to recieve a solution if I can not get ahold of anyone???
