  Literally I have NEVER been to a restaurant before and felt so bad for the employees. The way management was yelling at all the employees was ridiculous. I would have quit, because no person should ever have to deal with someone being so rude to them at work. There are a ton of other fast food restaurants around the area that those kids could go work at instead, with a better work atmosphere. We were there for lunch (12 pm) 4/11/26. The employee taking orders was so kind and was great under pressure. The manager came and yelled at her at least 5 times while we were there. The manager continuously interrupted customers ordering to yell at the employee at the counter. When we walked in she was yelling at a different employee at the fries station. I am just going to say, I have never seen anyone be so rude while at work….especially in front of all the customers. The managers name is Ava. I hope for the other employees sake, that his matter is taken care of.

  I got pulled up to wait on my order to cook. They forgot about me. Not the first time this has happened here. There has generally been problems here anymore when we come.

  The blonde teen girl that works there is so rushy and makes you feel like your an inconvenience. Everytime I go there she’s like that. Not even kidding, at the drive thru sat there listening to them talk about how much they hate their managers instead of even greeting me. Got my order wrong as well when I only got nuggets and fries. Hope they fire all the teens. And this is coming from a college student. If I ever had an attitude like that at a job when I was younger, I’d be fired instantly.especially letting all their customers here about how much they hate the management there.

  If I could give no stars I would first greeted with girl scouts no biggie till they r so loud you cant enjoy your meal and kept looking at you! Second the floor was so sticky in the dinning area it was gross! No ketchup no ice just overall disgusting!!

  Dined in on Saturday 2/28/26 at approximately 12pm til 1245pm ! Leadership employees were scurrying around aimlessly lost , no name tags , could have walked in off the street , attempting to lead the restaurant , don’t know!! Heard numerous times the issue about the ice machine being down from a lead person at the front , however I quote “ Not her problem “ no sign put up addressing the issue , chili was at best below luke warm!! Busy and couldn’t keep up , seen two leadership persons just leave , come out to the lobby pick up a backpack and leave. This restaurant needs updating, no access to plastic wear , condiment station seemed not to exist. Close for a bit and start over!!!
