Horrible experience! I am not a fan of Wendy's to begin with but my son loves it, so I bit the bullet. NEVER AGAIN!! My baked potato was hard as a rock. Broke my fork trying to break it up. They didn't give me my sour cream. Luckily I had some at home. I tried to soften the potato with butter and sour cream but it was still too hard. It also took forever to get our food. They had me pull forward and we sat there for quite some time before they finally brought the food out.

Wow. Fast food has gotten expensive. My son and I had a double burger meal each and I had to take out a second mortgage on the house to pay for it.

Who ever does the hiring should be fired what a joke been waiting 15 mins for them to say they forgot about me and say that the manager just left. Food cold no ice in drinks what a joke. My dog could run this place better

When I walked in, someone brought potatoes in and said, "here are your potatoes," and walked out. I was told I had to wait to order after she took an order for 5 people in front of us. I waited 10 minutes and had to ask, "Can I order now?" We ordered. I went to the bathroom; very nasty, had an air freshener on the counter. The walls have clear tape on them. Another guy had to wait 15 mins. Oh, your pop machine isn't working in the waiting area as well. Oh, your pop machine isn't working in the waiting area as well. It only took 20 mins for them to make my food: 2 fries, 2 sandwiches, and a potato.

Still breakfast i guess. Wanted chix tenders and baked potato. Was told that I couldn't order before 10:30. She actually had to call someone else over to ask her. Both were rude. I said since its only 10 min. Can I order my food and pay for it. Then you can make it when u can after 10:30. Alot of drama for me first thing today but they took my money and order. Rating for me is a 1. Sorry not sorry !!!!!!
