    Horrible portions. I asked for extra cheese and sour cream and hardly got any. Prices are way too high to be ripping people off.

    ordered a kids meal with white rice, steak and cheese. no steak anywhere they gave me white rice and cheese. I didnt order a quesidilla and thats what they put in there. and instead of 2 tacos they gave me one. this has been a consistent issue I've had there.

    DON’t waste your time or money here!!! The reviews saying the portions are small/suck are absolutely right. I haven’t ordered from the Hartville Chipotle in quite some time because they have NEVER made the portions the size of other Chipotles. However, my son wanted to eat here and since he was visiting from college and it has been so long since I’ve gone to this one, I thought maybe by now they might know how to do their job. I ordered on the app, put on extra beans and rice, and even and included a generous tip, hoping to help encourage the worker(s) to actually do their job. What a waste!!! Our bowls were not only missing the extra anything, they were barely half full. And on my bowl there were only a few pieces of chicken. Not even a scoop like they usually do - at least everywhere else. Save yourself the headache. Just drive to the other locations out of town like I’ve been doing and will go back to doing. This place doesn’t deserve the Chipotle name. It’s a disgrace to the brand.
