  Ordered door dash and one whole meal set plus an add on was missing. Don’t believe it was the driver as the bag was completely sealed and an added item was missing from the sealed bag with the other added item. In all 2 box meals one came in box other is mia and an added chalupa and churros, only got one box meal both sodas and a chalupa. So out of my spouse and myself one of us gets to eat according to the store and the receipt and door dash both state the missing items that were supposed to be there. Miswell have just showed up in person at this point. Ordered bc kids and what not didn’t feel well.

  i order from here fairly often and usually don’t have problems, however recently there has been this reoccurring issue of not getting modifications i requested. typically i get a crunchwrap, with no tomatoes cause i don’t like them. and almost every time, the “no tomatoes” part of my order has been ignored. to combat this, i started ordering from the mobile app and added some extra modifications to hopefully encourage it being made properly. all has been well until tonight. so please. this is a plea, i am BEGGING you to look at modifications. i am so tired of ripping apart my food to finger the tiny cubed tomatoes out. thank you for listening, and please stop putting tomatoes in my food </3

  Walked in at 9:30 when the inside closes at 10 and they told us the inside is closed while we are practically done ordering on the machines and was very rude about it.

  Paid for a chicken flatbread and received 2 pieces of chicken. I understand speed with orders but let’s make sure people get what they paid for. Calling the store for a refund
