Our food was always cold, took WAY to long to get to us. 5-10 minutes if busy okay. Makes sense. However, we have gone to eat there when there was no line in the drive thru and they weren't busy inside and our food still took forever, came out cold and our orders are never right. We door dash too and recently everything has been 10+ minutes longer than the time doordash told us their food would be ready. I went to the Bright location tonight and the service and food were perfect. Had no issues and they were packed!

No Got a cheese and sausage mcgriddle earlier at the McDonald's just south of I-74 in Shelbyville Indiana that had chunks of bacon in it.
