  Inside was closed, doors locked at 6pm on a Saturday night. Drive thru was packed. No one answered phone.

  McDonald’s in Harrison Ohio has went completely downhilll. Decaf coffee is always cold. They Have you pull to curbside every time because the drive thru people can’t get the orders out on time. When the order does come to you finally it is always wrong. Fed up… will try Arby’s and Wendy’s in the area from now on.

  I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worse location. 15 minutes for a single large Coke. Why is every restaurant in Harrison so atrocious?

  McDonald's is really making the interior of their locations devoid of any personality or charm. Really cramming corporate blandness down your throat. The death of restaurant individuality and atmosphere is growing worse. Despite that, quick service, very friendly staff, food was good and hot. Fresh. Nothing other than McDonald's feeling like a hollow shell of it's former self visually to complain about.

  Stay off your phones and maybe you guys wouldn't screw up constantly that includes management. By far the worst McDonald's in the Cincinnati area. It's not rocket science it's fast food get it together for once. Your little email the store stuff. Is bs because it's been done before and you never followed up so save that response.
