  Food is great the guys working inside are good however, the two women that take orders are very very rude every time and I've had friends of mine say the same. I'll be going somewhere else for now on.

  First time I have ever gotten Sonic and will be the last time. The workers had an attitude toward me from the beginning even though I was nice to them, except the window guy. My order has 5 jalapeno ranch included acording to the app and they gave me a bunch of ketchup packets. The funny thing is, I do not like ketchup. So of course I pulled back into the drivethrough, and they gave me ONE???? I told them I got 5, and they were like "but did you pay for it"???? What kind of service is this Sonic?

  I went through the drive-through to get two bags of ice and a junior double cheeseburger. The line was moving super slow the lady in the drive-through window when I was sitting, there was complaining about her boss not giving her a raise and she was cursing and it was absolutely horrible. I sat there forever. People were leaving the drive-through line because it was taking so long, very unprofessional and I’m not likely to go back there again. every time I go there the Drive-through is super slow and there are always people getting out of line because they’re taking so long

  Was told they don’t make a certain drink but she just didn’t want to make it. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru just for my food to be wrong and missing an item.

  Went on match 8th not only did they not have 2 of my drinks. They would not refund me for them. Also chili dogs were soggy ice cold and nasty.both slushies were melted. Plus there app shows I was out in minutes and I can prove on life 360 I was there for over forty. I complained to them and corporate asked for a refund and they sent me a free burger in app code. Never returned multiple messages about a refund . Will not be back order was 30 some dollers for crap. Also I did try to contact them to resolve but they just informed me I will not be back till it is corrected.
