  Went through drivethru , order was taken promptly moved to window paid and got drinks and was asked to move to # 1 spot to wait , food came out approx 8 minutes later .. Fries were cold and limp and chicken nuggets were so hard they were not edible ! Why did I need to move up to spot 1 to wait 8 minutes for food that was obviously sitting there a long time was not fresh at all or worth the 42$ I spent to feed 6 people ! Feel robbed

  Wanted try the big arch, but got a quarter pounder, got charged for big arch but got screwed with a quarter pounder, another garbage mcdonalds, make sure check your bags cause this mcdonalds cant do the simplest tasks...garbage food and service *edit: don't bother calling the store they don't answer

  Every time I go here I vow not to come back. They always push customers to the parking spaces to wait and I feel like if they just took an order and fulfilled it, everyone would wait less. Tonight they have 6 cars in parking spaces waiting. No idea how this is logical.

  Waited about 15 minutes to find out they didn't let me know about a broken shake machine, got a Mcflurry to compensate, still poor service

  There is a guy named Nick that works at this location. Hey McDonald’s yall need to promote him with some great offers he works hard and keep the customers happy I mean what all could you ask for the guy is a hero in my eyes cuz people nowadays they don’t care about their jobs one bit thanks Nick I really wish you grow big one day homie the small little thing you did was a pretty big thing for me in some type of way.
