  Wow a hamburger in under 3 minutes is it even real and the kids meals are just thrown in the bag if your review is negative they will not allow it to post lol

  Told the lady taking my order that I needed my meal to have no cheese due to a food allergy. I asked the cashier at the window to make sure because the screen didnt show this. She said it shows no cheese. After paying I then had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food to then have cheese on my meal. Went inside to correct and they made another burger with cheese. I told them to correct it again to have it completely wrong again! On top of all of this they forgot my wife's snack wrap. Then maybe the worse part of it all, the lady i spoke to inside about the incorrect order goes to throw the food away. She was told "we dont throw food away, we put it in a waiting list for someone else". This was after my hands were all over it to see if there was cheese on it. ILLEGAL AND AGAINST HEALTH REGULATIONS!!!! Nice people but absolutely terrible service. Will never go back.

  I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered a quarter pounder meal, that’s it. Got parked in a spot. Waited 15 minutes. Finally went back around the drive through, they had no idea I was waiting. Threw a regular cheeseburger, cold. In a quarter pounder box. Absolutely a horrible display of customer service. Usually if it’s high schoolers I understand. But this was grown women who knew better.

  Ordered a caramel sundae and got half of one for 3.19. I understand that it was an hour before closing but even then that’s an hour annnnd I asked if they were serving sundaes they said yes, I would’ve them rather say no and me not get one then have to pay 3.19 for this. I’m not mad just disappointed
