- JDJeff DomSep 30, 20251.0I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and was really disappointed because there was barely any cheese or lettuce on it. When I went back around to ask for a little extra on the side the manager Destiny came to the window with an attitude and asked what my problem was. I explained that there was not much on the wrap and she told me that is all they are supposed to put on it and that if I wanted more I would have to pay 30 cents. For something they hardly put on to begin with that is ridiculous. Thankfully another manager who seemed higher up came over and told her to just give it to me which I appreciated but the whole interaction with Destiny was unprofessional. Being snobby and argumentative with customers over 30 cents is not a good look especially when the wrap does not even come close to looking like the photo they advertise. If that is really how it is supposed to be served then corporate needs to step in because it feels like false advertising.
