The young lady front desk when I walk in she still sit with her friends, she walk up and ask me what I want it sound like I am begging for the food. She doesn’t even do her job. She give me my food with no gloves and she been use her hand while sit play and sit around her friend and grab chicken nugget with her hand no gloves too. This is need to be check it again. I don’t know what her name is but she work on afternoon and it on a Sunday. I will call people to check up on this.

My experience from cashier was very polite and professional. She made sure I received everything I needed. Hardly a wait. I got my food within 5 minutes of my order and there were 4 cars ahead of me. A lot of parking space and handicap accessible.

My husband, 6 year old son, and I stopped in to grab something for dinner to go, but I wish we had stayed because this Wendy's has a fireplace! Talk about atmosphere! Well done Wendy's. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. We waited at the register for a bit while the cashier talked to his buddy about getting a job there, but it was less than 3 minutes. We ordered our for and they got the order correct the first time. They have a touch screen soda machine, so I gave them an extra star for their food because it's great to be able to add flavors to your drinks. Who doesn't like the option right?!? The food itself was ok. My hamburger had the condiments all in one bunch in the middle, so there that. The burger meat seemed more flavorless tonight for some reason. Still, it was ok. 3/5 stars for the food itself but, as I said +1 for the soda machine.

Waited in line for 15 minutes with only four cars in front of me at 2:30 PM. I ordered two cheeseburgers, a large fry, large Coke, small frosty, and a kids meal. Once I got to the window, I asked her if the straws and napkins were in the bag and she said yes and I said OK thank you and I left. As soon as I got on the road, I was missing a cheeseburger, and there were no straws, nor were there napkins in the bag. I understand that accidents happen, but when I directly ask if there are straws and napkins in the bag, and that person lies to me. I have a real problem with that. I will not be returning to this location due to the inconvenience of trying to drink my Coke Without a straw and I’m missing half of my meal. They also did not provide me with a receipt, which is also unprofessional

Every single time I stop there they get something wrong. I was super hungry today, thought id give them a try, and should have thought better. I ordered "two junior bacon biggie bags, please add onions to the burger, either ranch for the nuggets and pineapple mango lemonade to drink" just like that.... "would you like sauce?" was the response... I just said ranch... but I politely repeated it and was told my total. I pull to the window, where the boss doesnt greet me and is hollering at the staff about "let's get em down!!" Talking about the drive thru times. Im aware they need their times low, but sacrificing quality for it, Dave would not approve. They didnt get the onions on the burgers, and failed to give me any straws!!!! I drove all the way to hamilton still thirsty because I prefer not to be rude and I was u able to return and be polite! Do better!
