The lady manager today was awesome! It was lunch time and she wrote on my cup a nice note.. Finally they have a good manager!

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes before somebody spoke I thought they were closed but more like just didn’t care I was in the drive thru. Doesn’t accept Apple pay either 2026

- drive thru speaker barely works, same as the employees it seems
- they ask for an order, you give it then they have you sit there in silence until you finally decide to pull up & they’re on their phones & act like you are a nuisance then give you the “Have a nice day” in the snottiest way possible after you get fed up & say no thanks.
- the employees look like they haven’t bathed in a week
- act like they have to pay out of their pocket to actually stir the Blasts.
- you’d puke if you saw how disgusting it is inside.
This place used to be decent, years ago. Definitely not anymore. It’s no wonder there’s never anyone there.

I got the ultimate breakfast burrito and i said no tots no sausage, and they gave me to sides of tots i wouldve been much happier with my food made right and then they had both those things in it and tomato and jalapeno i cant eat that sonic really needs to train their crew better because this is the 3rd time an order of mine is messed up im highly disappointed in that and its even worse because now i can eat the food i spent money on, as someone who works in food service this is dissapointing and definitely needs more training in this store.
