  Please close this location if you do not have the employees to staff it correctly. After ordering in side on the digital Kiosk wait 10 minutes standing there for my food. A employee finally came from the back and I ask about my order. He went to the back and after 10 minutes of sanding there I left had to be back at work. Glad I paid for food I did not get. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Food always consistent, can never go wrong with McDonald's. Service has been a hit or miss. Some employees just don't care and look depressed, say nothing at all. While others smile and repeat name on order or total, say have a good day, etc. Speed of service, truly is depending on how busy they are. You can wait 2 mins once reaching 2nd window if simi slow or when busy, get pulled up to 3rd extra wait window or a reserved parking spot for drive thru, and wait about 5-15 mins there.

  Placed an online order for the drive thru at 7 pm. Got there at 7:30 and the line was wrapped around the building. Decided to go in and wait for my food. Checked in and let them know I didn’t feel like waiting in the line, I’d rather wait inside and the cashier, Josh, laughed at me and then continued to berate me in the kitchen for the next 30 minutes while I patiently waited for my order. He was back in the kitchen yelling about the drive thru order that didn’t feel like waiting while I was standing there the whole time. The workers around him just worked with their head down while he threw an absolute temper tantrum like an 7 year old about the customer who was patiently waiting in the lobby. It was just absolute harassment to me and his co-workers for 30 minutes straight. He came up to me with my drinks and stated “mobile order that didn’t want to wait” (after I had been waiting 15 minutes without saying one single word about said wait). One of the drive thru girls (I think the manager said her name was Tonya) very nicely came up and tried to help me, but I think she got busy. A manager eventually came up to me and helped and apologized for his behavior. I said the drive thru worker was very nice and she was as well but there is no reason for him to act like that for 30 minutes when I’ve been absolutely nothing but patient. What a jerk, he needs to find a job where he doesn’t interact with any type of human. My fam enjoyed their Grinch meals despite him being absolutely bitter in front of our 8 year old the whole time 🎄😉

  Ordered well done McChicken Came with no lettuce was old and bread was hard Ordered McChicken with tomato and pickle Came with no lettuce was old and bread was hard Didn’t get any of my sauces for my nuggets 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Fries old as hell 😔😔😔 Make me never want McDonalds again
