These people are the worst, you'll sit there for 20 minutes waiting for your food and then when they finally bring it out front they immediately dive back to avoid your requests for just a straw. Service members will actively ignore you and its impossible to get a refill in this location despite all other locations allowing it. Never come to this mcdonalds.

The manager on duty should be fired! Tonight’s service was very bad. Manager was more into talking and messing around with her work friends than doing her job! We did a table order and after waiting over 20 minutes I went to check on my order. It was just sitting up there old and cold. She said she just left it there because there was no table 109. I literally had to walk her to the table and show her table 109! She snapped off we don’t use the table numbers we use the numbers by the kiosk machines. Then refused to remake my order. She said she called my name but we are sitting in tables by bathroom while they are playing loud music. We eat here often and sit in the same spot all the time and have never had this issue. I am looking up the franchise owner tomorrow and calling them.

Very bad customer service during night shift. I recommend not going at that time. They are very rude! Especially a Hispanic lady that’s there she is so rude slammed the window every single time and threw the ketchup packets at me so rudely. The is the worst!! She is so rude and even laughs at the clients, ignoring them, confusing the orders, and asks for the payment without even saying the cost. That is so unprofessional of an adult acting that way especially in an area like westchester this is not Westwood!!!
