Door dash order.. recieved food from restaurant and the blts felt like they just pulled them from the fridge. Fries were cold and i ordered a large fry and the cup was barely full with no extras in the bag. Tracked door dash driver and he came here straight from restaurant so theres no way the food got cold when i live less than 5 minutes away.

I love this place but they are really overpriced. They make great burgers and fries so I will occasionally go even though I always feel like I'm spending too much. Online ordering is very convenient but they've got an incorrect email listed for me and it's been impossible to get someone within the organization to revise that for me. They regularly invite me to provide surveys but I'm convinced they never read them, because I've not gotten one single response from my surveys.... and I have included a call to action and every one of them. In spite of these significant frustrations, they still make a damn good burger. 1 burger, 1 standard fry, no drink and a modest tip costs me $16 each visit --- I think that's bordering on highway robbery..... Don't know how families can afford to take their kids there

I took my kids here on a Sunday to get some burgers. The three girls working behind the counter are all exemplary employees. In particular, Cadence K. (as stated on my receipt) was probably the most pleasant worker I've come across in a restaurant in quite some time. When she heard that my son has a peanut allergy, she immediately checked with the girl working the griddle and deepfryer and alerted me that the fries are cooked in peanut oil and so my son should steer clear to be safe. The team then offered some cut pickles for my son in place of fries just to give him something crunchy, so he didn't feel left out while my daughter ate her fries. Overall, the thoughtful service we received really made this a thoroughly pleasant experience for us, as dining out with food allergy can be a challenge. In addition, just as an observation, all the girls stayed busy throughout our time here, even though the restaurant wasn't packed. When no one was at the counter, they were either straightening things behind the counter or coming out to clean the tables. I've been a store manager for one of the country's largest retail chains, and I recognize a good team when I see one. In case the manager reads this, Cadence K. made us a fan of this location.

Excelente hamburguesa y las papas no se diga súper buenas, siempre muy buenas, creo que siguen teniendo el puesto de las mejores, personal amable y muy cuidadoso en los detalles. Excellent burger and the fries are super good, always very good, I think they still have the position of the best, friendly staff and very careful in the details.
