Horrible service every time I go. Employees rushing to make food throwing everything in the middle or to one little side of bowl. Portion sizes are horrible and most times I’ve thrown my food away because it tastes horrible

Only one employee said they would check up on it and did not return for 20 minutes until the food came out. Portions are bad, food is cold, service is awful.

Every single time they give us the tiniest portions, even when you ask for extra. I paid $13 for a steak bowl that had literally 3 pieces of steak in it and next to no rice. The best part is you have to jump through hoops if you want to dispute or request a refund. This place sucks, don’t waste your money.

The amount of meat, rice, cheese, and toppings my son’s received on his $10 burrito could have easily fit in a soft taco shell. They also either forgot his sour cream all together or gave him so little you couldn’t tell it was on there. I ordered extra lettuce on my bowl and was given a whole 4 pieces of shredded lettuce. Definitely will not be ordering online from this location again. I hope they enjoy the undeserved tip I left before realizing what I was receiving.

The way they’ve handled my complaint is the proof of the fast decline of the brand , and that the mediocre subpar service starts from the top. You can keep your drink.
