It seems It's like they pre-cook a ton of it and throw it in the fridge try to reheat it and serve. It's disgusting. I live around the corner and its my daughters favorite restaurant chain so we eat it frequently and it seems like everytime i give it another chance cause maybe uts a different staff or whatever but nope still cold. Went there a half hour after they opened and lo and behold the chicken was still cold. Do not recommend this location.
