The last time I went, I got the tacos and they weren’t great. There was hardly any toppings in them. But I always have good experiences at any other chipotle so I wanted to try again. Needless to say, I will not be doing that again. I included a picture of the bowl I received when doing drive through pick up. I understand sometimes the bowls are a little low or not as full as others, but when I’m paying as much as I am for a bowl- this is kind of ridiculous.

Never got a greeting even though 2 employees were standing at the line where you start your order, they were too busy making the managers meal, then when they finally acknowledged our presence, I asked for their new high protein burrito and I was met with blank stares because it was just “adding double protein to any bowl or burrito” they acted like they had no idea how to make what they are advertising. Overall this whole experience was worse than trash. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again unless they get a whole new staff
