Let's not forget about the customer service even though they were busy the customer service I received was stellar! Highly recommend!

The “one per household” rule wasn’t clearly communicated, and I saw an older man and his granddaughter leave empty-handed after waiting over an hour. It felt disorganized and unfair. When I used my coupon, an employee was extremely rude and actually ripped the booklet I have proof. If they didn’t want to kindly honor the promotion, they shouldn’t have done it. It’s an opening be welcoming. In contrast, my experience with Wingstop was so much better; even now they remain kind and will always have my business. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but at this location, the service is consistently rude. They just opened, and all the reviews have similar experiences to mine. I truly hope they improve because I want this location to succeed, but this experience was unacceptable.
