  AVOID! The service here is so bad I placed an online order for pick up they forgot to add 2 of my items didn’t realize till inopened my bag, they also ignore the personalized instructions I checked the no ketchup box and they still added ketchup on everything (based on all the other comments they need to get rid of the current staff permanently and hire a new team)

  foods always really good at this one always hot always fresh? sometimes a little bit of a way but that's because the food is fresh environment is usually pretty good to put it on what employees are working

  If you’re going to sell someone some damn food at least make sure you give them hot and fresh food and everything they asked like where is my apple pie and root beer that I never received with my order

  We were there last night and the guy told us they were out of everything sweet! If you didn’t want to go to the freezer just say that! All I know is WHITEHALL WOULD NEVER! We canceled our whole order, that sucks!
