    This location is normally really good about giving you everything, but after 4pm it’s like a completely different experience. I only got 4 nuggets in my 6 piece order, a small fry instead of a medium and didn’t get the extra fry in my kids meal. Honestly; only come here for breakfast or lunch.

    The worst McDonald's experience ever! Now they apparently can't/refuse to give refunds because that manager is on vacation. My family showed up to the Groveport Ohio location at 6pm. It was 6:30pm and our order still wasn't done. When I first complained, they acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about. A receipt never printed from the kiosk. The "manager" on duty had to look up the order....then they started to make it! After several more minutes our order was called as "complete." Half the order was correct, there were no drinks, and the sandwiches were made incorrectly! How does a fast food place not offer refund?! Especially for an absolute terrible experience! My family will not be visiting this location ever again and we will visit other fast food options from now on! We will be contacting corporate on Monday and reporting this ridiculousness and total customer service failure!

    It was cool. I've definitely had worse experiences at mcdonalds. This one is relatively clean and they have good quick service. But check your food because they probably messed something up. Lol. My double filet was a single. This happens often.

    Over the last 24 hours, many of us in the area have been dealing with a power outage, so I completely understand that businesses may be busy and staff may be stressed. However, the manager behind the counter Saturday was extremely unprofessional and showed no concern for customers who are also dealing with a difficult situation. Throughout my visit, she could be heard loudly yelling at her employees across the restaurant. At one point, an older gentleman walked in and politely asked if he could order at the counter. The manager immediately yelled at him that he had to use the kiosk. When he asked again about ordering at the computer she was standing in front of, she yelled at him a second time instead of simply helping him. What stood out even more was that an employee who was off the clock and returning from break took the 30 seconds to kindly assist the gentleman at the kiosk—something the manager clearly could have done. When another customer walked in shortly after, the same situation happened again, and the off-duty employee stepped in once more to help. There were only about six people in the restaurant eating at the time, so it wasn’t an overwhelming rush. Situations like this are a reminder that a little kindness goes a long way, especially when everyone is already dealing with stressful circumstances like a power outage. Management should be setting the example for professionalism and respect toward both customers and employees

    Waited 40 min to order , lobby closed, the person on drive thru didn't know how to put in reward code or remember how much our order was .... she didn't even have correct total or cash us out .... fries were cold and stale . The only warm food barley was our 4 plain mc doubles the mc fish was mc raw... the other employee had to cash our simple order out and another 9 min wait at 11 p.m. plus it took the lady at drive thru 6 times just to get our order put in rite even though we spoke slow and clearly as people behind us were getting upset 😡.
