  The level of customer service at this location has become completely unacceptable. The woman working the morning drive thru, Val, is consistently rude and visibly annoyed when asked to do even the most basic part of her job. There is no greeting, no professionalism, just attitude. When I asked for a simple side of honey butter (because the sandwich barely has any on it to begin with), she grunted, refused to speak, and simply raised her eyebrows instead of responding like an adult. This is not an isolated incident. I visit this location multiple times a week, and the experience is almost always the same: cold, stale, or poorly prepared food combined with dismissive service. Customers should not feel like they are inconveniencing staff by placing an order. I will not be returning to this location. If you value basic courtesy and fresh food, your better option is the Wendy’s on Alum Creek a mile down the road. The difference in professionalism and food quality is noticeable. This store seriously needs accountability and management intervention.

  I always stop by there to grab breakfast got a very nasty attitude from the cashier since my order contain eggs and there was a wait for them which I did not know , as I continued to wait for my order I walked in to see if I can get a refund the older Caucasian lady was very irate stated she just need to walk them out which I already been waiting for awhile ., my order was cold very unprofessional about it .

  Went here today to get something quick and easy. Well that was a mistake.. white lady older with a rotund build was quite nasty to me. As someone who works customer service, that was disappointing. I don’t know what her name was but she was awful. Just bc you’re miserable doesn’t mean you take it out on others. Management needs to do something about her or get better people who will be nicer. This was on 12/22/25
