They have the ai order crap at there drive thru. Gave my wife a hamburger bun no meat no sauce. But she ordered a number one only pickle and onion. Ai crap can’t get the orders right

Absolutely waiting 30 mins for food and then possibly not getting it at all. Don’t come here until staff changes AT MINIMUM. Ordered online at 10am, waiting 15-20mins in line then said waiting on everything for 5-10mins…… Only 2 people were in front of me, no indoor traffic, no big orders. One person just got a drink. The manger with the face mask on like it’s Covid still, slowest dude alive, bro needs replaced idc I live across the street and it’s been bad for a whole year almost. I just canceled the order and went to McDonald’s 4 minutes done and they had 4-5 people in front of me too. This does not change with time of day btw, this place needs shut down as soon as chick fila opens. Just get it outta here, always a disappointment

The service at this location is very slow. With only 3 cars in the drive thru it took over 30 minutes just to place my order. It took about 10 more minutes to pay for my order and take it with me.

Dinning room close at 10pm. Drive thru ran by AI which didnt even get half our order. Had to tell the cashier what it missed. Food was cold when we received it.
