Then a nice gentlemen (I believe his name is Cody) brought us out our food. The service was absolutely excellent. Then EJ came out and checked on our table to make sure the food was good (which it was). I am beyond impressed with how they’ve made the atmosphere very calm and inviting while also providing quick and excellent service. 10/10 would recommend chat 😼

On one visit, part of our order was forgotten, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Another time, the line got backed up because a customer kept adding to their order after placing it. With two lanes available, it would make sense to direct other cars around to keep things moving. Today, the experience was especially disappointing. The person ahead of us had a large order, which is fine, but we waited over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff—despite several employees being visible. There were no other people in line besides us, after the lady was done ordering and yet no one acknowledged us. We eventually left and went to the Pickerington location instead, where the service was much better. I know this location is new, but I really hope the team can take some notes from the Pickerington store to improve service.
