  Foods usually good if you don’t do hard tacos, those they usually don’t cook enough and are busted. Service is awful. The guys are usually decent, If you go at night you can almost guarantee if the girls are working you’ll get horrible service. Rude taking the order, doesn’t acknowledge at the window, and if you need sauce you get an attitude. One time they gave me a full bag of sauce trying to be funny, that was the first time I appreciated them 🤣

  This is a total self-serve restaurant. Customers MUST use the kiosk computer to order. Cashiers are not allowed to take your order. First, the computer pad at the counter did not work. Wasted time trying to "wake" it up. Went to another one, and wasted 5 minutes trying to navigate the system. Finally, got our order for dine-in...no tray, just a bag. I wished we had just left and went somewhere else. If not for another customer helping an elderly couple, they were prepared to leave, too. We all joked that we should at least be invited to the company picnic for doing the work. There was one friendly young lady employee who was willing to help. She was their only saving grace. Food was okay. We won't go back to this restaurant, but if we did, we'd go through the drive-thru to order and bring our bag inside to eat.

  Refused to take my order. 1 star is too high. I just wanted a simple order... done by a human. Unfriendly. Holding her phone and purse. Very unprofessional.
