  Shay does an amazing job every time we come in! She tops, bakes, and slices the pizzas to perfection — everything is always made just right. We look forward to the days she is working knowing our pizza will be made with care & delicious. She and Carolyn are incredibly kind to customers and make everyone feel welcome. Shay, Carolyn and the manager Ray are incredibly hard workers. They keep things moving efficiently and always jump in to help their teammates wherever needed. You can really tell they care about doing a great job and helping the whole team succeed. Highly recommend ordering ahead online for best price and ease. Great service and great pizza!

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Quinshay at the Pizza Hut on 2536 Columbus St. in Grove City. She was running the entire store by herself, yet she still managed to complete my $300 work‑event order flawlessly. I placed the order at 11 AM, and by noon she had every single pizza hot, fresh, and perfectly made—even the extra dips were exactly right. The consistency and care she put into such a large order were seriously impressive. She absolutely crushed it and handled that store with confidence, skill, and total boss energy. Employees like her make all the difference, and she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven’t eaten here in years. Tried to give them another chance and I absolutely regret it. Three out of the three pizzas we ordered were completely undercooked and you could chew the raw dough if you took a bite. The pepperoni was supposed to be double pepperoni and we got less pepperoni than what you would expect on just a regular pepperoni pizza. I ordered wings and didn’t realize until we got home that the wings were missing. My husband called to request a credit and after waiting nearly 10min for them to take us off hold, they demanded we drive back to “prove” that the pizzas were wrong. Told us they couldn’t do anything else for us. He spoke with “Susan” who claimed to be the manager but after every single thing my husband said, we could hear someone providing responses in the background, when he called them out and said he wanted to talk to whoever was giving the answers in the background she repeatedly kept placing him on an unannounced hold. Lost out on $50 of food and the service was despicable from the restaurant. Save your money! Pathetic.
