If you order table service via a number dont expect to get served at the table…. instead expect to sit at the table and never get served and when you go check on your order its just sitting there getting cold cause the sorry lazy mcdonald’s employees are to lazy to do their job.

Let me set the scene.. yesterday I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger. No mustard add mayo. Pretty simple. And I got 2 McDoubles. One plain and one regular. I went inside to get what I ordered, someone who helped me was just very visibly in a bad mood. Don’t get me wrong I have worked in food service, I know it’s very easy to be put in a bad mood, but it’s very off putting. While I was waiting for my bacon cheeseburger, another woman working was talking very loudly about her salary and claimed that “they” could “shove it” which was very unprofessional. Anyway.. I get my new sandwich and lo and behold it was a McDouble. I just took it and left because I had nothing nice to say lol. Fast forward to today when I try again (apparently my fault) to order a BACON CHEESEBURGER no mustard, add mayo and I get a regular cheeseburger. No bacon :) so I go inside and ask for bacon cheeseburger, he rings it as a bacon McDouble. So I say sorry I want just a bacon cheeseburger. They give me a bacon cheeseburger with mustard which again isn’t what I asked for so I try again and they give me a bacon McDouble. At this point I just gave up and left and decided to just put them all together to make my own. I get home to eat my Frankenstein cheeseburger and there was a hair in it 🫠 so all and all I’m done trying to expect anything anymore

Second time out we got someone else's order. Or was charged a full amount to receive half (if lucky ) of what we ordered.

Waited in a 10 minute drive thru just to be told it will be 5 minutes while their system comes back up. They sent no employees out to inform anyone in line, they just let people waste their time waiting.

I dont know if they had a change in management or just hired dumb people but this suddenly became the worst mcdonalds overnight. I had a curbside pick up and was purposefully not being helped because it was raining (I felt bad that I didnt just do drive thru pick up but I wasnt in the area and it wasnt raining yet) but after sitting for 20 minutes watching the drive thru line fill up twice i just went inside myself. Everyone was working VERY slowly and I was watching the employee pack my order after the 20 minutes had passed! If I was in the drive thru line it would've been done way faster, why aren't we doing things in the order that it was placed? "Sorry we're understaffed today" is a complete lie. I saw her finish my food and then walk away from it. Who was going to take it out to me? 0/10
