  I go to this McDonald's at 12:00 am its straight poppin ong the lobby was about to close but they let me order anyway, the guy up front was very kind and respectful, after receiving my food i stepped outside to eat and realized i left my phone in the lobby. I used phone to call the McDonald's and the man answered the phone right away i didnt expect that because they were in a rush, he walked outside in a split second and handed me my phone before i could even explain the situation. Not to mention every item was hot and fresh and i wasnt missing a single thing the only possible complaint I have is if that man is not a manager 5/5 experience thanks dawg

  This place is a joke. The service was horrible (In drive thru) we waited 15 minutes after being pulled up to the third window. To be thrown our food (they didn't hand it off just tossed it to us in the car) and half the order was not there. Missing 6 out of 11 items. I go inside to correct the issue and have to wait in a line of other orders that were messed up. Around about 9 customers just from the drive thru. About 10 minutes later it was finally my turn and I told the manager what was missing, he walks away and about 3 minutes later a younger girl comes up and asked what I needed, I explained to her that the manager was already taking care of it and she stated that he just told her to deal with the "people". She was nice and understood the issues and got us taken care of. I don't want to drive out of my way but it seems this location is just a JOKE....

  Have certain employees that are good at there job and bad management that favors the incompetent ones which makes a bad environment and bad vibes

  No clean tables. Printer at the self serve kiosk didn’t work. I took a table tent number. My order at at the front from some time. They may have called my order number but since no ticket printed I wouldn’t know what that number is. Food was not delivered to my table so why bother with having table tent numbers? While the lobby was trashed 2 people up front scrolling on phones. Overall a good reminder why I don’t go to McD anymore.
