  Placed an order at 12:17pm for 1 sub with a bag of chips and a 20oz soda. Its now 1:05pm and the no delivery and the place is only 1.8 miles away. It doesn't take 45 minutes to make one sub and deliver it 1.8 miles away. Last time I ordered it only took about 20 minutes. Not sure what type of people they have in charge of this Jimmy John's but seems like they dont care about customer service.

  I ordered delivery. Half an hour later I get a phone call that they can't deliver. There is only one employee in the store. Options are to void the order or come to pick it up. We opted to pick it up since it was later in the evening, and we had two hungry children. They never reimbursed me the $8 I paid for delivery, but told us they did upon pick up. Freaky fast delivery?.... how about freaking sad to charge for delivery when you can't follow through. Crooks and liars.

  Me and my wife shows up at 8:30 pm to get a sub after work and the lady was outside smoking a cigarette then she walks in and locked the door we pulled on the door she just kept looking at me and online says open until 9pm closing up 30 minutes early is unacceptable I will be calling corporate on this
