We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to try the Wendy’s Grilled Chicken Wrap. I asked to add tomato which was a nice free upgrade. Food was prepared quickly, accurately, and professionally. The female cashier on 10/22/25 around 8 pm was amazing and should be considered for a management role.

Went there for late lunch around 1:30-2:00. The restaurant was empty. Ordered 2 burgers, a fry and a drink. Condiments were left off the burgers and had to return to the counter. Food was hot and fries were good. My wife’s stomach got upset from her burger. They did have a new employee in training so I allow for that. If I lived in the area I would probably try them again. Staff was very friendly.

I went to the drive thru after spending the day in the hospital with my Mom who got a bad diagnosis and all I wanted to do was get her something to eat and go home. AI came on, cutting off the menu I was reading and when I asked for the menu back, it didnt know what to do and continued trying to take my order. I called it an idiot and the human came over the speaker and yelled at me telling me I cant talk to their AI like that. And I told her what happened and why I said what I said and started reading the menu to my Mom and she told me to leave. She defended a robot and lost a customer. I tried to file a complaint online but that cant be done without knowing the store number and the corporate office doesn't have a voicemail option after hours. So be nice to the AI everyone, if you want to continue to eat at wendys because they value technology more than the humans who keep them in business.

The AI drive through is the worst as a consumer i must rather talk to a real person while ordering food won't be going back and if other Wendy's go to the AI I won't go back to any Wendy's
